Description of Duties/ Responsibilities
Gathers requirements, supports problem definition, creates and/or coordinates documentation, and supports testing and release management Facilitate effective communication across the team.â¯ Identifying and supporting business process improvement opportunities Develop current state and future state roadmaps Leading ongoing reviews of business processes and developing optimal strategies Facilitating and leading requirements sessions with business and technical teams Elicit, analyze, specify, and validate the business needs of stakeholders, be they customers or end users. Documenting use cases, user stories, requirements traceability matrix, business process diagrams, etc. Communication and presenting findings to stakeholders Develop, maintain and update SDLC, release and technical documentation
Proficiency in MS Suite, extensive experience with Visio Ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment Ability to plan, organize and structure work Excellent communication, organization, time-management, and leadership skills Excellent problem solving and analytical skills Must have experience working in agile teams Must be proficient in creating test cases, test case execution, documenting test results and working with programmers to resolve system findings and deficiencies. Must be proficient in the use of Jira. Intensive and progressive experience with analyzing, designing, working with developers to implement software solutions to include verification and testing. Experience working with clients to help define problem and make recommended solutions and coordinating with programmers on solution and production support.
