What does a Sales Lead do:

Sharpen and shine the What and Why Vision of the product driving to LATOKEN’s mission: financial life at fingertips for people’s economic freedom.Enlighten the road to hit the target with “a single bullet” with OKRs, hypothesis tests, backlog prioritization.Selling of token listings and other productsInviting projects for demo pitchesReporting on sales activity, leads generated, agreements signed and revenueConducting sales team trainingOnboarding of new sales manager to ensure 1st sale in 1st monthOff-boarding decisions (2 months of low performance)

Requirements:

2+ years in sales or business developmentExperience in process automation and analyticsWorked 4+years in high pace international environment or has a degree in top 30 international universityGo-getter attitude, outstanding people and problem-solving skillsLikely to think that the work-life balance is a downshifting concept as it assumes a conflict between clients’ and personal interestsDefinitely puts the interest of clients first, loyal, never backtalk, radically openminded and transparentAt least basic knowledge of crypto markets (IEOs markets)Fluent english
