What you might be doing:
Lead, empower, guide and set goals for a team of (5+) product and growth managers to set the vision, develop, and execute our awareness, acquisition, engagement and loyalty of our users through our products.Partner with various stakeholders from marketing, product, data and design to iterate on our roadmap and enhance collaboration while building cross-functional relationships.Analyse: With the help of our strong data team you will monitor OKRs and KPIs of experimentations, performance and assess traction, adjusting our strategy as necessary.Drive the implementation of the roadmap to reach our targets in terms of awareness, acquisition, engagement and loyalty.
What you might bring:
Proven work experience at a startup/ scaleup at a senior level to be able to lead, develop and inspire a team.10+ years of experience, at least 5 of which are working with a B2C product. Master in Science or Engineering field with a data 1st approach.Excellent understanding of the growth process: formulate a hypothesis, experiment, measure, iterate to product improvement or strategy implementation on production.Results and business oriented with strong unbiased scientific and statistical knowledge.Demonstrated capacity to make data-informed decisions. Belief that a leaderâs ultimate role is to serve their team and create an environment where great ideas are business and data-driven. Leading by example and empowering the team by giving ownership and mentoring team members to be independent.Comfortable in a fast paced environment and able to deal with engineering challenges with different stakeholders.Knowledge of consumer psychology and how intrinsic and extrinsic motivators drive behaviour. You believe that communication moves from values to product and can articulate this in a clear communications strategy.Fluency in written and spoken English. French and German would be a great plusKnowledge of the Swiss Market is a plus.Interest and knowledge of the crypto market, blockchain or NFTs a great plus.You want to make an impact and challenge the status quo.
